Commercial Meter Reads

The Lake Stevens Sewer District charges monthly for sewer service of commercial (non-residential) accounts based on water usage. In an effort to improve efficiencies, we have recently contracted with Snohomish County PUD to receive water usage data with your authorization. This will eliminate the need for both agencies to read the same meter.

Customers that return the Authorization to Release Information form before August 31, 2024 will receive a $50.00 one-time incentive on their sewer bill.

This is a voluntary enrollment; however, customers not enrolled before September 1, 2024 will be assessed a monthly $5.00 administrative fee for the continued manual read of their water meter by District staff.
