Dan Lorentzen is a lifelong resident, having been born and raised in Lake Stevens. Dan was a Lake Stevens Police Officer for over twenty years and became the Chief of Police in 2014. Dan retired as Lake Stevens Police Chief in 2016 and went to work for Snohomish County as a Fire Marshal, investigating fires. He is not only a lifelong resident of our town but has served our community in many facets. His public service has included Fire Commissioner, President/member of the Lake Stevens Lions Club and has previously held a sewer commissioner position for LSSD from January 2012 - December 2013, filling a short-term vacated position. We welcome Dan back as a Sewer District Commissioner.

Mariah Low was appointed to the Board June 2018. Mariah graduated from Snohomish High School in 2001 and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Washington in 2005. She has a strong science background and is currently employed in a leadership role for a Washington law enforcement agency crime laboratory. Mariah is married to her husband, Sam, and is a mother to their five children. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors and activities in and around Lake Stevens.

Kevin Kosche was elected to the Board January 2018. Kevin is a lifelong resident of Lake Stevens, has been married to his wife Christy for over 25 years and is a Dad. He has held leadership roles with John Fluke Manufacturing, GTE Northwest (now Frontier Communications); Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink), Siemens and Cisco. Kevin graduated from Lake Stevens High School in 1987 and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Central Washington University in 1991, graduating Cum Laude.
