Pam Stevens was appointed to the Board in July 2013. She has been actively involved in the Lake Stevens community since moving here in 1999. She has served on many local boards including The Greater Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce (serving as President in 2011), Aquafest, Relay for Life of Lake Stevens and Lake Stevens Oktoberfest, just to name a few. Pam has been married for 20 years and has two children.

Frank McDaniel was elected to the Board January 2016. Frank is a lifelong Lake Stevens resident and a local business owner as well. Along with being active in the Lake Stevens Lions Club, Frank is also involved in Purple and Gold Club; he loves to support the community in a variety of ways. Frank is married with two children that both attend the University of Washington. In his spare time Frank enjoys the outdoors and the activities in and around Lake Stevens.

Brent Kirk is the former Drainage District 8 Administrator in charge of water quality in the Lake Stevens watershed and a former member of the Lake Stevens Planning Commission. He is a lifelong resident of Lake Stevens and currently serves as the Public Works Director for the City of Granite Falls. Brent has served on numerous sub-committees over the years guiding environmental regulations in the area and has a strong commitment to the future environmental and economic health of the community.
